Living with ADHD or being autistic often means navigating a world that wasn’t designed for you. Daily routines, relationships, work, and mental health can all feel harder than they should. For many, past therapy has been disappointing because it wasn’t adapted for neurodivergence.

That’s why my approach is different. I provide specialist ADHD and autism therapy for adults in Ireland, in-person at my autism-friendly practice in Limerick. I also offer secure online sessions worldwide.

My work is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and shaped by lived experience. You won’t have to mask, explain, or justify who you are. Instead, therapy here adapts to you, not the other way around.
