ADHD, Autism & Neurodiversity Training for Professionals, Organisations and Conferences
Understanding neurodivergence requires more than awareness. It requires practical knowledge, current research and an appreciation of the lived experience of ADHD and autism.
As an IACP-accredited psychotherapist specialising in ADHD, autism and neurodivergence, I deliver engaging training and keynote presentations that combine clinical expertise with lived experience.
Whether I’m delivering CPD to mental health professionals, training workplace leaders, or speaking at a national conference, my aim is always the same:
To help people better understand neurodivergence and leave with practical strategies they can immediately apply.
Why Organisations Choose My Training
My training is recognised for being:
Practical
Every session focuses on strategies that professionals can use immediately with clients, colleagues or employees.
Evidence-Based
Training is informed by current research alongside extensive clinical experience working exclusively with neurodivergent adults.
Neurodivergent-Affirming
My approach moves beyond deficit-based models, helping professionals understand ADHD and autism through a strengths-based and evidence-informed perspective.
Lived Experience
Alongside my professional qualifications, I bring the perspective of being an adult with ADHD, helping bridge the gap between research and real-world experience.

- Practical adaptations for therapy
- Common mistakes that unintentionally invalidate neurodivergent clients
This course has been delivered for organisations including Pieta, HSE Mental Health Services and other professional healthcare providers.
