About Robert Rackley, MSc MIACP
Specialist ADHD & Autism Psychotherapist | Trainer | Public Speaker | Advocate
Supporting neurodivergent adults in Limerick and online worldwide.
My Lived Experience
I’m a psychotherapist who is also neurodivergent. Being diagnosed with combined-type ADHD in adulthood was both validating and transformative. Suddenly, the challenges I’d carried for years — constant mental juggling, sensory sensitivities, hyperfocus and burnout — all made sense.
This lived experience shapes my work. I understand the exhaustion of masking, the frustration of being misunderstood, and the relief of finally having words for lifelong experiences. That insight allows me to offer therapy that is practical, compassionate, and real.
Specialist Psychotherapy Services
I provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and psychoeducation therapy for:
ADHD & autism-related challenges
Anxiety, depression, and trauma
Self-esteem, identity, and masking
Adolescents developing coping strategies
My therapy space is ASIAM-accredited as Autism Friendly and designed for comfort and accessibility:
✔ Adjustable lighting & sound for sensory needs
✔ Wheelchair accessible and service-dog friendly
✔ Calm, welcoming environment
Sessions are available in-person in Limerick or online internationally.
