About the Instructor

I’m Robert Rackley, MSc, MIACP, a neurodivergent psychotherapist based in Limerick, Ireland.
Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I specialise in helping others understand their own neurodivergence with clarity, compassion, and humour.

This course was created to guide you through the “what now?” stage after diagnosis — the mix of clarity, confusion, and self-discovery that follows.
