A neurodiversity-affirming, compassionate approach to therapy for ADHD and autism. Safe, inclusive, and tailored to your goals.
I believe therapy should fit the person, not the other way around. For many autistic and ADHD clients, traditional approaches can feel rigid or invalidating — often expecting you to adapt rather than adapting to you.
In our work together, I blend evidence-based techniques, like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with flexibility, creativity, and an understanding of neurodivergent experiences. My lived experience as a neurodivergent therapist means I recognise the subtle realities — from sensory overwhelm to internalised ableism — that others might overlook.
What this means for you:
You set the pace.
Your communication style is respected.
Your sensory comfort is prioritised.
Your identity is affirmed, not questioned.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process — we work together to identify your goals and find approaches that feel sustainable and realistic in your everyday life.
